Abstract


Islam is a full and complete religion which addresses every aspects of life: social. economical, familial. spiritual and political. There is no doubt that there are physiological and psychological differences between men and women. but this
does not obviate the fact that they are both human beings endowed with intrinsic rights and worth. Thus. they should be treated equally, taking into consideration the implications of their inherent differences.
